(MENAFN) Emaar Properties, the UAE-based real estate development company, announced the sale of a new set of apartments in Mohammed bin Rashid City in Dubai, The National reported.
Acacia at Park Heights in Dubai is currently under development as a joint venture between Emaar and Meraas Holding. According to Emaar, the project will feature 479 one, two and three-bedroom apartments and a championship golf course.
Sales will launch on Saturday in Dubai at Emaar Pavilion, in Abu Dhabi at the Emaar Sales Centre, in Karachi at Pearl Continental Hotel, and in London at Stand D50. Prices of the properties remain yet undisclosed.
"Acacia at Park Heights, the new residential project within Dubai Hills Estate, will be a value investment for regional and international investors," managing director of Emaar Properties said in a statement.
